About
This is the website of Donovan Hutchence, aka slimbuck. I am a software engineer and member of the PlayCanvas team at Snap.
I build real-time tools and technology and have spent the last few years knee-deep in all aspects of gaussian splatting.
You can see my CV here.
About this site
Since AI can now trivially write anything and everything for us, I decided it's finally time to learn how to actually write for myself.
This website has been built, deployed and styled with the help of AI agents. However, all the writing, for better or for worse, is mine.
